Customer service is great.
The room is a standard size, and is decorated well.
Bathroom is again of standard size, the shower is the best, I want one. Just at the press of a button it turns on with a overhead rain shower, normal shower and one that comes out of the bottom that I can only assume is for washing the feet, it also has a digital display for the temperature. Room had a balcony too but we did not use it.
Stayed at this hotel for 4 days and I must say that it was a memorable experience. Exceptional customer service by Johann and I would like to attribute my pleasant stay to him. If you would like to check out some hidden gems in Singapore apart from the usual touristy stuff, I'd highly recommend you to speak to him. 5 star service and would definitely recommend to is hotel to my friends and family.
Nice value for money option. Rooms are not as big as advertised but still comfortable. Certain reception members need to be retrained to the hospitality aspect of the job. Friendly bell boy and housekeeping teams
The rooms are a decent size and clean, the shower is really nice with a rain head and hand shower, but it takes forever to get hot. I found the bed to be a bit too firm for my liking, and the mini fridge has a glass door with a light that eluminates the room (I had to cover it with a towel). Another minor annoyance was a bright blue led on the TV box that couldn't be turned off (I ended up putting a sticker over it).
The hotel is very well situated for public transport. There is a bus stop outside the hotel with frequent buses (recommend getting off at the next stop on return to make use of the pedestrian crossings). Ideal for exploring Singapore. A 10 …
Very smooth check in and checkout service. We love the water pressure and heater in the toilet and the room is filled with a comfortable bed with two pillows that soft like cotton candy. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The location is really convenient to walk around and it takes a few minutes to walk only to the downline too.
We will definitely be coming back to this hotel again on our next trip to Singapore.
The only down part is the hotel sound proofing is not that good, as we can hear the car passing by from the main road, but if you're tired enough, you will quickly fall asleep on their comfy bed.
Look recently renovated, tasteful simple modern design. Clean. Loved the projector instead of a TV, and the shower was great. Rooms spacious. Good A/C. Nice small pool and terrace area on the rooftop. Excellent location. Nearby Bugis and Lavender MRTs.

First day had trouble with restroom, got fixed immediately. Asked for towels, brought immediately. Next day had no towels and they took more than 30 minutes and two calls to reception. But not a deal breaker.
Apart From leaving a review for the hotel, this review goes to the lovely staff at the reception.
This lovely lady - who I even forgot to ask the name of - helped me with her umbrella for me to be able to go to the train station en route to the airport. Very kind of her. She didn't have to. This is the kindness that can change this world. Thank you again to lovely female staff member. She was at work on the 4th morning.
The hotel is great, very clean, very nicely located. Room cleaning staff are great. Had a great experience. Will definitely come again.
